Integrating Security With Projects and Mission Changes: The Safeguards & Security Requirements Integration Team (S&S RIT) has applied Integrated Safeguards and Security Management (ISSM) to more than 600 projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The S&S RIT promotes ISSM through the identification of S&S interests that must be incorporated in project planning and project execution. The integration of S&S in the project planning stage helps to manage the security vulnerability analysis work and eliminates costly retrofits. Security Tip: Images May Transfer onto Plastic Sleeves
If you placed classified transparencies inside plastic sleeves, you need to control and destroy the sleeves. Images easily transfer from the transparencies to the sleeves. Work with your classified matter custodian for the proper destruction procedures.
